For children aged 5-7, our 30-minute sessions are designed to introduce fundamental martial arts techniques in a
fun and interactive environment. Through playful activities and age-appropriate exercises, young warriors will learn
essential skills such as balance, coordination, and self-discipline, laying a strong foundation for their martial arts
journey.
For older Students aged 8 years and up, our 45-minute sessions offer a more comprehensive training experience,
focusing on refining martial arts techniques and fostering character development. In addition to honing their
physical abilities, participants will engage in thought-provoking assignments aimed at instilling important values
such as respect, perseverance, and teamwork.
