Warrior Training Program

For children aged 5-7, our 30-minute sessions are designed to introduce fundamental martial arts techniques in a fun and interactive environment. Through playful activities and age-appropriate exercises, young warriors will learn essential skills such as balance, coordination, and self-discipline, laying a strong foundation for their martial arts journey.

For older Students aged 8 years and up, our 45-minute sessions offer a more comprehensive training experience, focusing on refining martial arts techniques and fostering character development. In addition to honing their physical abilities, participants will engage in thought-provoking assignments aimed at instilling important values such as respect, perseverance, and teamwork.

Commander Training Program

For children aged 5-7, the extended 45-minute class provides ample time for them to delve deeper into their martial arts practice. In addition to learning fundamental techniques and engaging in character development assignments, young students will participate in specialized activities focused on sparring preparation and weapons training. These activities are carefully designed to introduce young learners to the concepts of controlled movement, timing, and strategy in a safe and supportive environment.

Similarly, for students aged 8 years and up, the extended one-hour class offers an enhanced training experience that encompasses all aspects of martial arts training. In addition to refining their techniques and exploring character development assignments, older students will dedicate time to sparring preparation and weapons training. These components of the curriculum allow students to develop advanced skills, deepen their understanding of martial arts principles, and prepare for more challenging aspects of their training journey.

Shogun Training Program

The Shogun Program offers advanced martial arts training, allowing students to attend classes three days a week instead of two. In addition to the General Program's curriculum, it introduces new elements such as advanced weapons training and full, live sparring sessions. This program aims to elevate students' skills and deepen their understanding of martial arts principles while emphasizing discipline and respect.
